Sands Harbor Resort And Marina Pompano Beach, Pompano Beach

I have been staying at this hotel for years, and while the location is still prime and the staff remains friendly, recent experiences have left me feeling disappointed. The new parking fees and changes to amenities have made my visits less enjoyable, especially with hidden costs and a lack of communication from management. If the renovations can address these issues, this could be a much better stay.

I had high hopes for this hotel based on its location, but my experience was far from satisfactory. While the staff made an effort to be friendly, the overall service fell short, especially regarding room requests and responsiveness. The beach proximity is a plus, but the room condition and dining experience were major letdowns. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return.
